Logging into your website with 2-Factor Authentication

In order to increase the security of our hosted websites and make it harder for hackers, we’ve introduced a 2-layer login process. When you need to access your websites’ admin area, there is a new login box you must type in a username and password for.

Layer 1 login screen

This is layer 1. The username and password required for layer 1 is different than your normal WordPress credentials. Please contact us for these , as they change from time to time (to keep the bad guys out.)

This login box may look different in different browsers, but you can easily recognize our layer 1 by the message “Welcome Friend”.

Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions. We can quickly provide the password for layer 1 via chat support.

Once you’ve made it past layer 1, you can log in to WordPress as normal at (layer 2.)
